Seller sent wrong item and when I asked for a replacement they told me this "Yes, we can do replacement. But return shipping will cost you a lot. I have sent Same Items As we mentioned in my shop. But i was sent mistakenly different color buyer ordered silver i sent gold by mistake. But i apologize and ready to replacement or i also offer new ring free of cost i want to resolve this but buyer not replying and she want full refund or given nagative feedback. Some time it happens but i still want to resolve but she ignored me and still not replying
