I have sent Same Items As we mentioned in my shop. But i was sent mistakenly different color buyer ordered silver i sent gold by mistake. But i apologize and ready to replacement or i also offer new ring free of cost i want to resolve this but buyer not replying and she want full refund or given nagative feedback. Some time it happens but i still want to resolve but she ignored me and still not replying
