This seller consistently misleads customers by advertising items as new but sending used ones instead. Despite acknowledging the issue, they continued this deceptive practice. Their excuses for sending used items were ridiculous and contradictory. They prioritise their own convenience over customer satisfaction. eBay should take action to remove such dishonest sellers from the platform to maintain trust.
