I ordered two of these bears for my mother’s birthday and they shipped really quickly! Before they had even arrived, I received a message from the seller that they mistakenly sent one of the wrong bears. I can’t blame them, they looked really similar. However, when they informed me, they also noted that they already shipped out the correct one that morning and that I was free to keep the one they sent by mistake. My mother loved all three of them.
