Sellers description was deceptive. With original box which means the foam that is supplied with box as well. I have many Crystal Memories items. So I knew what to expect. What I received had disintegrated foam. Which seller did not show in photos. Seller said I could return them, but added " in the same condition". So I figured that they would possibly contest my claim. I did not want to be out of pocket for return postage as well. My concern now is that they may give me bad feedback in return!

BEWARE THIS BUYER totally unreasonable.was told to open case i was waiting instead left negative.. Doesn't understand vintage is not new!!we always take care of our customers .we try to please as best as we can . nothing was wrong with her order .process to return is easy. BEWARE this person.
