Item is as described and fast delivery but was crushed because of it in a box the same size and 1 layer of bubble wrap totally inadequate

Provided immediate assistance by contacting Au Post for the compensation and case number offered. However, the buyer did not respond and contacted Au Post for compensation after that. The item was well protected within the appropriate size of the box, and the buyer agreed that was the mistake caused by Au Post.
