The description was misleading and I was delivered a much heavier and larger scooter then I believed I had purchased. The process to return it and get my money back is a continuing nightmare. Keep offering for my to keep it with $20-$50 reimbursement. It’s not suitable for my needs and I’ve explained this. They will not arrange the courier to collect it for a return instead tell me to do it and they will pay through my PayPal (dodgy). The courier will not allow me to did it. Don’t recommend!!!
