Seller made a “mistake” they claimed was eBay’s fault and listed item with free shipping. They then reneged on the listing amount and the amount I purchased item at. There was no “sorry” or anything all the blame just went on to eBay. Worst experience I’ve had with a seller in all my years purchasing off of eBay.
Something to work towards being better at and treating customers with kindness and respect not just telling them you’re cancelling the order.
