dont buy from this seller, fake lulus and when you do get them they are damaged, refused to send prepaid postage for return, sends a whole bunch of false emails to ebay saying no response from buyer, just trying to get out of refund, dont be taken buy this guy

UK SELLER BEAWARE: BLOCK THIS FRAUD BUYER. SHE BUYs EXPENSIVE THING FROM UK & OPEN FALSE CLAIM STRAIGHT AWAY. We sent 5 emails asking for her paypal/bank to send postage, she WON’T reply kept quiet &wait right until deadline opening claim so eBay can force us buy Canada label that she knows can't be done&knows We can't send postage as she won't give her paypal-then she sit&wait for FULL REFUND & keeping item. Luckily I got family in Canada bought return label&solved it, she's MAD than ever now!

Item was defective and the seller was unkind and unhelpful for the item regardless of stating they have easy returns and free shipping. Messages sent from her in my request to return had a threatening tone to them. Settled just to not experience the negative interactions with them.

Says fur got stuck in zip when zip up however it is natural with thick fur coat, claim item is defect, but is it not common sense to push the fur away when zip up?!Then want us to buy US Label for her to return item to UK, we told her do not accept free international returns especially nothing wrong with item just the person who use it, We can't buy her a US label while we are in the UK. 2am in the morning still try to sort her problems,in the end she just wants a big chunk partial refund. SIGH.
