I received this item and it was not authentic, however the seller was quick to respond and offer a refund. They apologized as they had a new distributor and they didn’t realize this product wasn’t authentic. This product came from a 3rd party vendor. When it arrived it was some off-brand bottle of heavily fragranced, thick cream. This Caudalíe product is a fragrance-free, thin, milky serum. I have gotten this many times before so I knew what to expect. This was trickery. I reached out to the seller and they got back to me ASAP (which is why I’m leaving positive feedback) and refunded me. I’m thankful they were professional and courteous! So even though this didn’t go as planned they made it right!
