I was very impatient and contacted them a couple of times regardless of them being on time they were happy to answer any of my questions. I didn't get the $70 insurance cause they provided a tracking number and I was informed of every move it made. Totally not nessasary in my opinion.

I have reported and Fittoo have reported them but eBay does nothing!! Do not trust their return process as they will only refund at least 3 business days after they confirm nothing is missing. I offered to deliver personally so that they could inspect on delivery and they refused. You have to send to them and trust a dishonest seller to not lie about what you sent.
