There was a single issue with one of the cables being the wrong type. I notified them, they responded immediately and offered a discount on my order ($25 for a $100 order) more than double the replacement cost from another vendor (I ordered a replacement for $12). Excellent vendor, cannot possibly recommend more highly.

    Lathem Time stamp Recorder

    Everything’s working, no instructions included but luckily found the manual online. Definitely don’t want to lose the key since it unlocks time clock cover, so you have the ability to change the features. Also you will need back up ribbon once it runs dry.
