Until I opened it up and the front and back of the case separated at the spine. Case split straight down the middle of the spine. I contacted them through ebay and showed them pictures and explained the situation and they sent me another one completely free and also let me keep the broken one as well. Awesome, fast and reliable customer service. I highly recommend them
