The hat I received was crushed in shipping as it was only packed in a plastic bag type shipping. I could still tell it also looked nothing like the pic. When I contacted the seller they did make it right and refunded my money so I could go ahead and get a replacement when I needed it. Their response was very quick as well so I would say that it was well handled.
