    A good, easy to follow cookbook

    I like this book and is does give lots of good recipes, but I feel that it is more suited to the American market rather than British tastes. Some recipes ask for buttermilk, american cheeses, panko breadcrumbs etc, which are not always available in our supermarkets. On the plus side, the recipes are very easy to follow with very good instruction on using the Salter Air Fryer for every recipe.
