Brilliant. Clear, simply written in a non psycho-jaggon prose. It is a 'dip in , dip out ' book which encourages reflection, taking time over the process ( it actually tells you to flick back , re read, or leave it a while). It catches out my negative thoughts and avoidance tendancies 99% of the time as I read. Who ever you are, this could help tweak your thought processes and thus improve your life.
