The helpful people at H.E.A.R. sent me an new one via USPS Priority Mail, which is the only way to get it here in a reasonable time. They did not charge me extra, and their charger was already the cheapest on eBay. The charger arrived new in the package and has been working wonderfully for me ever since. It is so nice to be able to hear better again! I heartily recommend these folk. They deserve it!
