The seller communicated in a professional manner. Date of ordering to delivery was 9 days. Packaging was in a flimsy package but the DS was wrapped in bubble wrap in the package. The DS had minor scratches but in good condition. I wish I knew I wouldn’t be able to switch the language from Japanese to English but I’ve been using picture translate and Pokémon games are able to play in English. Overall, would buy something from this seller again
