Great Printer for eBay Labels
I bought this to print postage labels on eBay. It works great, but a little tricky to set-up. I watched a couple of U-Tube videos that really helped. Just a couple of tips - make sure you have it plugged into the same port you are choosing when downloading the drivers. If using on eBay, make sure to change your printer preferences to this printer. You can do this on the page where you purchase postage for an order. The option is on the right, near the top corner. Once you change it to this printer model, your labels will be formatted 4X6 going forward. Previous labels will be reprinted in the format they were created with. If you have problems with set-up, search the U-Tube videos. They helped me figure out what was wrong.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

WORKS GREAT
This thermal printer works great. It prints USPS shipping labels just fine. When you print FedEd labels you need to tweak them a little bit. You need copy the label and paste it in an editor or just Microsoft paint. I used Adobe Illustrator and it came out crystal clear. I just rotated it and changed the size to 4x6. An Incredible Bargain
if you have ever looked into buying a thermal printer, you know they can get expensive. This is a great option if you are a one man wrecking ball that wants to stop buying toner. It was a bit of a pain for me to setup because i am on a mac. PC setup was quick and flawless, but I had to get special drivers for my Mac to get it to print nice and crisp. Not this printers fault. Makes life so much easier.

works better than UPS thermal printer
It installed and worked the first time. It changes the page dimensions on us a time a two and duplicated the driver install. It looked like we had two of these printers instead of one.
