I terminated both ends before pulling cable from the box and used a cable tester which showed all 8 cores (4 pairs) were working and linked at 10mbps (which was expected over the 305m length). There was just less than 306m in the box. The 23AWG I found made it easier and more rigid to pull through wall cavities, and the rip cord in the cable definitely did its job. Fast and prompt shipping, thanks.
