The machine is in pristine condition and you would be hard pressed to distinguish it from a brand new machine. However there was an issue in that the accessory box was missing. Sent a message to Breville and within 30 minutes they had responded, apologizing for the error and advised that they have shipped the accessory box and a complimentary bag of coffee. Thanks for the wonderful customer service Julie!

Both products have been as new - they just come in a plain box/turned inside out product box. Great idea Breville selling refurb's on eBay cheaper, everyone wins!
