I offered to spot dye with denim dye and keep the item If they would cover the dye cost at $10. The seller became hostile, refunded the ten dollars and said " Here's your $10, don't ever contact me again." Pretty nasty response to a customer who went out of their way to avoid a full return on a damaged item.
