    Camjam for tent cords

    I really like this little cord tighteners. They hold up in the wind and do not loosen at all. They also have them in aluminum. These are a tough plastic and a lot less expensive. Just remember what size cord they fit.

    cam jam

    Cam jam comes with some para cord ( short ) not very long these carabeners are made out of some kind of plastic , the cam is pushed onto a pin and held on by a little finger of plastic i put maybe 20 lb on it and the rope went under the cam ( poped up) and allowed the rope to slide under it and made the product "Fail " i re installed the cam onto the post and tryed it again . happend same thing . this product may be good for holding down a tarp. but not good for any weight object its just a bad design.

    Should be more substantial.

    It's a good idea and these would be a really cool product if they were just bigger , made a little sturdier and could handle a larger diameter rope. Too light for any serious tie down situation. Ok for tent or camping tarps or anything along that line, but don't try to tie down a couple of 2x4's in the bed of a truck.
