I was concerned buying from outside the country but the item showed up a few days earlier than the estimate and the seller’s communication was great, even after the sale. I had an issue with the wiring and the seller always responded to help resolve the issue. Even contacting engineering. I only gave 4 stars for description as it failed to mention that the system was incompatible with the factory back up camera. Still very happy.
