      Seller never actually shipped item and lied to me about shipping it even after eBay stepped in and opened a case against it. I clearly stated to the seller I did not want a refund. I just wanted what I purchased initially and after numerous attempts of reaching out to the seller, they never did provided me a tracking number and then canceled my order in all! I have YET to experience such a poor interaction with a seller in all my years of shopping here on eBay!
