Not terribly concerning since it’s just the outer holder of the templates but I would’ve appreciated a heads up about this since the item was listed as “new.” Contacted the seller and it sounds like they were aware of the rip prior to shipping. Packaging was concerning in my opinion, the cardboard only covered part of the item.
