Meanwhile someone-or something-outside of both Foundations sees to be orchestrating events to suit its own ominous purpose. Soon representatives of both the First and Second Foundations will find themselves racing toward a mysterious world called Gaia and a final shocking destiny at the very end of the universe!

Magazine brought back an old memory regarding war in Viet Nam in the earliest days of U.S. involvment, with recollection of 1st helicopter crew KIA from 8th Transportation Company. I actually saw this MAG while still in country, a great value, as described, packaged to the extreme, but arrived in an even better condition than I expected for a MAG which is nearly 62 yrs old, and shipping was reasonable considering the delicate contents. Seller AAAAA++ Hope to do business with seller again!!

  • The Foundation Series.

Originally read the Foundation Trilogy seems to be 40 years ago. What a great read. Asimov has been busy in those forty years. Now I'm trying to catch up as he extends the Foundation series. And it is so much fun to read as he brings in his robot series. I'm sure his empire series is tied in here as well. Isaac never disappoints. His characters come alive across a millenia of years engrossing fans like me with his well thought out fantastic tales. I was brought up reading his cheap paperbacks. Its nice to catch quality used hardbacks at a decent price.

  • A great book to read. ( If you've already read the first 3 )

Book 4 in the Foundation Series by Issac Asimov. My first time reading the series. Each book farther into the saga, the more I am interested in the storyline I get. Asimov is also a Science text book writer, therefore allot of the science is based in reality. His writing style is easy to read and easy to follow. It is Science Fiction, but not a story about space battles and aliens.
