Holden are masters at making things as hard as possible for the consumer to do any repair work. They are mongrels. Take your time to remove the glovebox (4 screws) and a few small plastic shrouds. Remove the cabin air filter (a small panel). This will give you leverage to pop the old unit out with your thumb when you move the small tab... THAT will make sense when you see it. Restored blower functionality!!
