- _***a (136)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseContacted the seller prior to buying asking the cosmetic condition , was told it was excellent, NO it was not , seller also asked if they could send a 14" unit as they only had 3 15.6" , i agreed , what turned up was 2 x 14" and 2 x 15.6" , seller did not respond after 5 days to my complaint , this is the reason for the Rating , If i wanted 14" i would have bought 14" So the whole transition was a waste of time and money , Apart from scratches and marks they were dirty , could have clean them .

I paid for express shipping on 2 Jul, item wasn't picked up for shipping until 8 Jul, sent seller a message in the mean time but no response. Item arrived on 11 Jul.Follow-up from: 8***o- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Seller refund part of the shipping cost so I'll take it as a normal postage and an acceptable human mistake. A seller you can trust but a little bit quiet (maybe too busy I think?)
