    Good product so far...

    I gave product 4 stars because this product does cause slight itching in my hand. But taking this helps me not be hungry and have very consistent healthy bowel movements. I bought this product to get daily vitamins because it does not have the active Niacin that makes my skin turn red. It has the niacin-amide. Its a bit expensive at the vitamin store so i suggest buying it online always but I do see the difference in my health when I take it daily.

    Love these

    I've been taking these for a while now and the difference in energy levels is amazing. Also my hair, nails and skin are in amazing condition. The dosage of each ingredient is quite high in these capsules so sometimes when I'm not doing a lot or I'm not going to the gym I just take 1 instead of the reccomended 2 capsules per day. Definitely 100% reccomend.

    Great Vitamins

    I have been taking these vitamins for about 5 years. I think they may have extra biotin in them because they do aid in keeping my skin clear and growing my hair. I am normally sensitive to diet pills and thermogenics so these help give me a small boost. I can tell a noticeable difference when I don't take them. I think these curb ny morning appetite while giving me a little energy. I don't get dry mouth or the shakes but they do work. I have taken the women's gnc multi vitamin and the vitamin shoppe brand these by far are the best. I bought a year's supply to ensure I don't run out. They're coated and fairly easy to swallow. They're the size of regular strength exedrine and tylenol (white) tablets.

    TERRIFIC WOMEN'S MULTI-VITAMINS!!!

    It's not easy to find a good multi-vitamin in a capsule. I try to use very few "tablets" as you only get about 40% of the nutrients shown on the label due to binders and fillers. Happy to find a product that I can get what I want with only having to take one a day, caps, at least 4 times a day, bah! Capsules are the only way you get what you want from your supplements!!! ps: this is the 2nd time I'm trying this product and very happy!

    Excellent Supplement

    I've been taking this supplement for a few years now and since I started working out again, I have to say it gives me the boost of energy I need and feeling of well being like no other vitamin I've tried.
