The item is as described; I haven't tested the electricals, but I only needed the taillight cover anyway. The taillight assembly was a little dirty, but in good shape, so for a used motorcycle part, great! And between low item cost and free shipping, it'd the best value for a RE taillight I found online as a US shopper. Would definitely shop with this seller again!
