Both products have been as new - they just come in a plain box/turned inside out product box. Great idea Breville selling refurb's on eBay cheaper, everyone wins! The only downside is it is not the full product range (just leftovers, factory 2nds, warranties repaired etc.) but that's where I'll be shopping first!

You included all the things that come with a new unit, manual, water test strip, a lovely new milk jug and it was so well packaged. Can't go wrong with the same warranty that comes with a new unit and the end result was I paid hundreds of $$$ less. Top quality, top seller. Very very happy.

Initial message was answered within hours and returns label sent the next day (on a public holiday!). Refund was cleared quickly upon return. Would consider buying refurbished again.
