While I might have preferred there to have been some packing material between the item’s LEGO box and the larger box in which it was shipped, so as to prevent the LEGO box from possibly getting whacked around inside the larger box during shipping, it arrived promptly and in excellent (NIB) condition: a beautiful Lego set, a real pleasure to build. Then asked if any others had damage, I pointed out a couple things that weren't super serious, and Dennis then offered to send 2 new ones and wouldn't take no for an answer. 10/10 experience.
