Such a difficult novel to bring to life!
Such a difficult book to bring to life! Dan Stevens manages to make every voice distinguishable and different, revealing their characters through his choice of voice. He effortlessly moves from young to old, male to female, Welsh to French etc. The book itself is written in a different manner to a normal novel and Dan handles the differences well (this could so easily have become confusing).
