    Incredibly deceptive seller. Buyer beware. The Alex Murphy figure was advertised as new. Not only was it not new but it was broken in half. The shipping packaging was fine. So the figure was not damaged during shipping. The seller obviously knew it was broken and made no mention of this in either the photos or description. I’ve contacted the seller and they did not respond. I wish I would’ve read the negative reviews before purchasing. It seems the seller does this kind of stuff all the time.

    A great product, older model series, but excellent and a bargain

    This T series is excellent and works well with Alexa. Swapped for a Honeywell model that was hard to read (small characters) and not smart home capable. Easy swap without wire change at all. Pull-push. Careful: requires RESIDEO app from your app store to install and registration (but not installation) from Honeywell Home app. The latter is for installation of "H": series and rehistration. With that exception, this is a bargain.

    I like these units, and have 2 installed. Picked this up as a spare, as unlike the old mechanical thermostats, these won't last "forever" (our first one, a T6 Pro Installed, lasted roughly 7 years).
