    Although the item turned up cracked (a real shame) I feel this wasn't due to the seller but more rather something that happened between leaving the seller and arriving with myself. The parcel was really well packaged & I feel the seller couldn't have improved on that, so it must had been damaged during transit. BUT, the seller 5 star service, communications great and feel the courier has let them down. No problems recommending the seller, they resolved and refunded within a couple of hours. 5*
