Item was listed as the actual brand, (Fisher and Paykel), but was clearly an off brand, generic part. Had this been disclosed in the listing, I wouldn't have purchased. Also, a piece of the part was damaged in transit. Unfortunately, I had to use the off brand to fix my washing machine, as the repair was already scheduled and could not be changed. I followed up with the seller regarding the concerns, and seller was fairly rude and unhelpful.

Was a slight difference in the moulding which meant I had to swop one side of the plastic case for the old one before it would fit. Moral of the story don’t throw the old one away until you finish fitting the new one.
