    Simple and practical

    As a first time Mum to be I have experienced some level of anxiety worrying about whether I'm supposed to know what I'm doing when the baby is here. I know that I want to follow a routine based approach and was seeking practical advice on how to achieve this. This bool certainly delivers that. Co - written from the perspectives of an experienced midwife and a mother, with contributions from other mothers and fathers too, it's a really well rounded and useful read.
