The book is laid out well by disease as in How Not to Die from Cancer OR How Not to Die from Heart Disease, etc. Written in every day language, the book is easy to read and understand. Also, links to wonderful resources are provided. If you want to eat more healthily, this is a must read. It will become a valuable resource.

    Great book, unfortunately it is American, the units conversions to metric are way off in places, the fact we are nations divided by a common language is all too much to the fore. Maybe they will fix the issues given time and the next print will be better. The recipes are not fancy they are great wholefood, everyday favourites to be. It really suits my taste in food, the health stuff is all a bit of a distraction.
