    Good enough?

    arrives in two pieces, the top whip is locked in via set screw, very tiny, difficult to get tight enough to prevent from slipping out and blowing away. I checked good quality yet it could be better or maybe I got one not quite up to par.

    Great Antenna, just what i needed

    It is just what i needed for a removable CB antenna. The only problem was that it arrived missing the set screw for the top whip to lock it in place after you set the SWR. However I just picked one up at the hardware store.

    Cheap & Easy but you get what you pay for

    For my application the top whip is about 3/4" too short. SWR is flat at 27.650 Mhz but at 27.205 Mhz it is 1.87 on Bird AT-500 Antenna Analyzer. I can't find any material small enough to fit into top of center load to adjust SWR down. It will work in a pinch on Ch19 but not very efficiently.
