sloppy assembly
a little more care could have been used when spooling the line on it. better line would have been nice. used it about 30min and had to take the head apart to fix the line 3 times. finally respooled with my line and everything was fine.

Can't beat the quality of Stihl parts
I use my FS450 for long runs at a time on a mountain property with dust and rocks, so it takes a beating, particularly the bump-feed. The Stihl heads give so much mileage.
