A guide book for life...
Full of common sense and no nonsense advice about how to be a well balanced, less stressed, balance and consequently happier person. The book is helping me to re jig my thinking about everyday life, shake off the not so helpful inherited cultural and social indoctrinations. This book was recommended by an intelligent trustworth lay buddhist and I would like to echo his recommendation. I will definately read more than once.
