      Slow shipping, so so packing with box damage, not exactly as described as all new some were, many were not overpaid for shipping due to only priority because it was a consignment so not very customer oriented all around, Customer service gets 2 stars value 5 stars only because of the 4 new kits, packing 1 star, shipping costs zero stars, other services have tracking too. Just being honest on this seller,

      After Buyer purchased item, he wanted to change how the item was shipped. I told him it shipped priority mail to get it to him quicker and for good tracking. Item was sold on consignment. Then stated the item took awhile to get there. 2 to 3 day priority mail. I cant predict flooding in the u.s and postal service delays.

      Item purchased on 6/29, label was not created until 7/3, mailed on 7/5 after the holiday so 5 days after purchase it gets to post office, did not arrive until around the 11th. no communication on being hindered by floods in tracking or from buyer, USPS, FEDEX, UPS ALL HAVE TRACKING, so did not get here faster and tracking is a poor excuse, paid a premium price for less than premium service,
