The item arrived in a timely manner. The item was as described, although the plastic binding and all pages were bent in half during delivery. The book still functions mostly fine. I sent the seller a message suggesting they improve the packaging for future sales, although didn t hear back from them for several days. It s possible this was mostly a mail carrier issue and that sturdier packaging would have been cost prohibitive for the price of item. Slightly positive experience overall.
