It looks like the part may be a little out of tolerance (too big) on the outside diameter compared to the original such that the bracket that holds the part to the frame puts too much pressure on the part causing the part to squeak as the torsion bar rolls inside the part. I may have to add a washer under the bracket to relive some pressure.
