I played this game when I was a kid, a teen and now as an adult. This game is far off anything you might have played. It's a puzzle game in which every level breaks your head even harder as you get throught it. You have to think like if you where in a cartoon, it's trial and error and when you find out what to do in the level you get that beautiful refreshing feeling. If you are a gamer looking for something "new" or a challenge, this a must in your collection. Graphics aren't that good, but hey, this game even has the spoken dialogs in three languages! (English, Spanish, French and subtitles in Portuguese). I super recomend buying this game as a Christmas or Birthday present for those old school gamers who want to have some challenging fun. Game 10/10. PD: I have never been able to finish this game as a teen, I am hoping to make that change now.Read full review

Sheep Raider is an excellent game starring Ralph E. Wolf, cousin of Wil E. Coyote, symbolized by the red nose. Ralph E. Wolf gets recruited by Daffy Duck to compete on a game show. The objective of this game show is to steal sheep from Sam Sheepdog. Throughout the game you will explore many levels with interesting designs. You need to order items that will help you get to these sheep, such as rockets flying you across canyons, or a fan and an aromatic fragrance to lure sheep towards you. Along with stealth this creates a really fun game, especially for younger audiences. The design schemes are creative, and if you like solving puzzles with wacky gadgets and items, this is definitely your game. However with such a great game, there are still a few problems. However these problems are very minor compared to some games. The biggest and most noticeable is the camera angles. As with most older 3D games, the camera angles aren't great. Since this game has you jumping along cliffs and walking across narrow walkways, this can be very annoying if you're not good at platforming. The second noticeable problem is the length. Once you know how to do all of the puzzles (much like the game portal)you can beat it quickly. In about 4-6 hours at most once you know what you're doing. Your first time through depending on your cleverness will take 6-10 hours or so. The final noticeable thing is item descriptions. Sometimes the item descriptions tell how to control the item, but not in what ways you can use it. Most notably with my sister, with the rubber/elastic band, she knew she could dangle from trees in a bungee jumping like manner, however she didn't know she could use it between two trees to create a slingshot. A hint system would be nice to help you know what to do if you can't figure it out in a certain time. All and all this game is fantastic. If you're not biased about Loony Tunes you will have a blast with this game. I give this game an 8.5 out of 10, assuming you don't hate Loony Tunes.Read full review

Although I don't remember the characters names ever being given in the famous but now obscure Warner Brothers Looney Tunes cartoon, 'Sheepdog and Coyote',- the characters and their unforgetable rivalry translates perfectly in this extremely well done game. (That is, once you become comfortable with the camera viewpoint angle adjusting control, which is pretty much the same on most 3D platform games, but is not able to be inverted horizontally or vertically in this games' options). While not all of the Looney Tunes games are worth playing or even remembering, this one is a virtual masterpiece of well rounded humor, puzzles and challenges, and looks great when played on my PS2 with smoothing settings on (strangely, it looks bad on my PS3, even with smoothing settings on,- possibly an inability of the new hardware to emulate earlier video processing programming. I have found this to be an issue with audio playback of some ingame sound effects too, when playing games like the original Silent Hill on PS3, while it looks far better on both PS2 and PS3 than it did on the PS,- it looks almost like a PS2 generation game on my PS2 with smoothing on to remove pixelization and clean up of images to run at higher resolution, showing details that were not visable when played on the original Playstation console). This game. [Sheep Raider] as do most PS1 1rst generation games, functions flawlessly on PS2 and can be played from saves made on a PS1 console or new saves, if an original PS1 memory card is used. Not sure if saves made on a PS1 that had GameShark cheats or other cheats, as the code, as that data is usually incompatable/corrupted if attempted to play on PS2. Although I was able to create a virtual memory card to play this on my PS3, it looked bad on PS3. My PS2 also has a hard drive and can create a virtual memory card, but saves cannot save directly to the hard drive and require an original PS1 memory card to copy the virtual saves to,- making the virtual memory good only for bulk storage of game saves and requiring only having one single memory card for PS1 and one for PS2, rather than several cards.Read full review
For what it is this game is incredible. Nothing can be taken for granted and no level is as easy as it may seem. For those that are up to the challenge this game will kill a bit of time while keeping entertained you, the player, as well as any friends in the room you may be ignoring, in a classic Loony Tunes comic fashion. The countless cleverly placed Acme gadgets you receive will all prove useful as you, Ralph Wolf, grasp at your goal of capturing your not-so-bright prey. This game will have you going crazy as you work with the puzzles, items, strategies, sequences and skills needed to finish each level, but the feeling you get when you nab that gullible little sheep will make the frustration well worth it. Hurl yourself over canyons, travel back in time, defuse bombs, avoid landmines, control a cute little robot I named Alfonsi, and interact with your favorite Loony Tunes characters as you get closer and closer to stealing Sam Sheepdog's whole flock. If you have a job and go to class like I do but play it religiously when you get home, this game will easily offer a week of entertainment or just take up the free time in your sorry life not occupied by more active... activities. I highly recommend this game to anyone who will give it the patience it deserves. Have fun and don't forget to laugh at yourself. KazeRead full review
