This speakerphone unit is actually a Bluetooth connecting speaker and microphone for use with a separate cell phone. I believe that it is well designed and a good value but there are a number of shortcomings. First, I bought two units and the batteries that came with them were dead, unchargeable, and apparently used. I notified the seller but got a limited response which caused me to buy two new batteries from another seller. Upon my notification the seller of the speaker unit immediately reimbursed me for the new batteries. The second and more difficult shortcoming is the several pages of very thorough instructions which are printed so small that a large magnifying glass is necessary for me to read them. A final modest problem is the female voice used to give instructions. Her English speaking is generally good but she speaks so rapidly that she is very difficult for this old person to understand.Read full review

This is a very basic hands free speakerphone. Does not have the capability to read out phone numbers or names. All in all, as a basic speakerphone it has a strong volume, battery life is good, controls are well placed, and it's compact.

This hands free bluetooth speaker works really well. Now I don't have to try to get my phone out of my pocket to see who is calling, I just push a button and talk and listen, and whn I'm finished I push the button to hang up. It is very easy to connect to my cellphone and use.

Fantastic little unit that works great. Battery life is poor (not unusual) but who uses it on batteries anyway? The Cigar Lighter plug works fine and I may hard wire the hands free into the car through the dome light hot lead. Love this thing and will probably be getting another for the Miata if I can get an ear bud to work with it (convertible sports cars are NOT the best for hearing a hands free!)
