Yeah not to crazy about the small packaging for the pills/ whatever you call the round things in this and the sending time was a bit slow would i buy again not sure the postage cost way too much for the items i had the actual weight etc its not good enough at all so yeah 15 days delivery i guess minus a few weekends is average but the costs were too much would i buy again only if i had to sorry postage is a big thing these days . still thank you naturalandhealthyuk but if i could find it cheaper
