No instructions included. No advice on whether or not to shim outdrives and planetary gears. I built it exactly as I built the AE plastic diff, side by side. AE diff spins smooth, HR diff grinds and skips teeth. After trying every imaginable combo of shims with no luck, I’m ready to toss this thing.

Inside my B4.2 case ALL gears are metal/aluminum gear diff , idler n top shaft perfect mesh ....I was waiting a while for this product as they were sold out everywhere glad I picked them up super happy ..... as with all items from HR quality is great

This differential kit is not complete. You will need to buy shims for the gears or else you will destroy the whole transmission!!! I'm unable to use mine until the shims I ordered come in.
