      An essential book for an artist

      For new artists, your work will take giant leaps forward. For established creatives, this book can take you to a whole new level and help break through walls that are blocking your best work. I return to the “upside down” drawing technique regularly as a way to make that cognitive shift to the artistic thinking right brain and shutting down the critical logical left that says “a nose doesn’t look like that” and “well that’s all wrong, a real artist wouldn’t make that mistake” etc. As vital a book for a creative as Julia Cameron’s The Artist's Way. Whether you are 6 or 106, you will benefit from this book.
